S.B. Linton

S.B. has 20+ years of experience as an autism support teacher, turned specialist helping other teachers run and organize their autism classrooms.

Her first year of teaching was in a classroom of students with autism, and she was stressed, physically exhausted, and felt like there was never enough time to get everything done. She felt like she was swimming against the current trying to manage “all the things” and just wanted to do a good job, have an organized class, and help her students to have a successful day--without anyone smearing all of the glue or running from the group activity.

Now, she's taken her 20+ years of working with students with autism and created a framework to set up the environment and systems in an autism classroom so that teachers feel more in control of their classroom and more confident that they're meeting their students' needs.
